5:00                             Pizza (students arrive; dinner is for all band students)

5:30                             Dress into concert uniform

6:00                             Symphonic Band (warm-up on stage)

6:30                             Concert Band (warm-up on stage)

6:30                             Wind Symphony takes their seat

7:00                             Concert begins

8:30                             Return things to band room & Change from uniform
